 Your Right to Cancel

You are within your rights to cancel your order with us at any time before the expiry of 7 days from the day after the date of delivery

Please note if your order has been processed we are unable to cancel it and cost of return will be at your expense

Should you chooses to leave a note for the driver to leave goods in a specified area this is done entirely at your own risk .

If the driver leaves a missed you card he will attempt delivery again the next day  after this you will be required to collect goods from the depot.  If you do not collect the goods will be returned to us.  It is then up to the customer to contact us for refund which we will provide minus the delivery return cost.

If we are provided with the wrong delivery address and the goods are signed for we are not responsible for any loss incurred.

Acceptance of Order

When your order has been accepted by us the contract in respect of the goods supplied by us comes into existance.

Product Guarantee

All items purchased are covered by the manufacturers 12 month guarantee
We will exchange or repair any product within 28 days if it is a manufacturing fault, after 28 days but still within the guarantee period we will repair or send spare part.
Customer misuse or accidental damage is not covered by this guarantee and a charge will be made. 
The warranty does not affect your statutory rights

Specifications Weights Colours and Sizes

We reserve the right to alter spec without prior notice.  All sizes and weights are as a guide only.  Colours are approximate due to photographic limitations
Wood is a natural product and the grain will vary from piece to piece, cots and cotbeds can appear different due to different types of woods.

Guarantee Summary Charges

0-6 mths - Manufacturing faults will b repaired or replaced free of charge, accidiental damage, misuse or general wear and tear will be charged at £30 handling charge
6-12mths - Parts and labour will be free of charge, handling charge of £30 plus repair charge if applicable.  Accidental damage, misuse and general wear and tear are not covered and charge of £45 applies
12-24 mths - Handling charge of £30, parts and labour £47.  if product is beyond economical repair we reserve the right to reject
